"worlds fastest indian" is one of the most underrated films of the past decade. It is certainly one of Hopkin's best ( and most likeable) performances ever.

cuz hes such an awesome actor, and he seems like a nice guy.
When you watch Lecter on screen you cant think theres an actor playing him.
I think Heath Ledger did the same thing with the Joker.
