Deaf is good. Most HC and "punk" these days is about testosterone and trying to mask just what a homo you really are or how tiny your horn is by having as many tats as possible, how long Yr goatee is and how many different ways you can say "bitch suck my dick". Now Emo just sucks so has no bearing. Real punk rock has no gender, race or WTF. Just telling it like it is. Yr right though.

Even earlier than that, they formed in '67! I love the bands that shaped punk music. Even bands like The Kinks (who formed in '63) had a part to play. The punk that's around today, most of it just annoys me. It's either too soft or two hard. You're either bored to tears or deafened. I love the passion and intensity of early punk and rock, when music and expression was really starting to change in the world.
