I remember reading about an H2 tuned by FastByGast to 128 horsepowers back in 1983(crank or rear wheel, I don't remember)
It was in one of the biggest motorcycle magazines, but I don't remember which. The bike had a Suzuki RGB500 racer fork and long Ohlin's shocks rear, but still wheelied quite easily! The bike of my dreams back then!:)

Well, i don't have a Kawasaki triple but i am interested in them. There seems to be a real pain in the arse if the crank are not in good nick. Rebuilding that lump of metal would be expensive as shit! (i have an Rd 350 so i know about prices on that stuff) Btw, no 2-stroke are easy to keep running, it takes alot of screwing around and they break all the time. Only reason one would want a big 2-stroke is because they are so damn fun! Other then that, naah, they're just a weight on your back. :/

ive got an h2b with stock ports and denco chambers like the bike above,do you know what my carb jet settings should be as i dont want to fuck with the broad powerband to much i want to keep the 30mm carbs and keep things pretty much standard, thanks

34mm were fitted in mid 1970s 125cc motocross bikes so 40 heh. but prob or maybe slightly smaller than 40mm might have a more usable torque on the street each piston is about 250cc and 40mm is a bit big even for a highly tune 250 cc motocross bike.

This is one of the most reliable, easy to keep running bikes ever made. You have been talking to the wrong people!! Very high quality ignition system, even unparalled to todays standards! If it dont run, hillbillys have been masaging things they shouldnt touch...end of story!! SUPER bikes!!

Wholly SHIT bat man? Did you say 40s? My little triple is only breathing through VM34s! Bike sounds good! Think tight-streight bores, good lube (preferably Maxima 927) and some decent leaded fuel. This makes for a happy triple and it also acts as aroma therapy for the rider and spectators!! :)
