Is there anyway to disable or bypass the high speed cut off? I have a 03 deville and it limit's to 110mph

Cant you buy a car in a different country ( like buying your car in canada or mexico)so it wont have the limiter? I heard that they dont install speed limiters in different countrys.

i am aware of that... thats why i said primitive, even my grandfather's 93 fleetwood had a digital dashboard, i was saying the 07 dash went backward instead of foward
