Who just beat the "unbeatable" Patriots? Steelers. Who has two wins? Seacocks. GO STEELERS!

Steelers are the best team ever this is an undeniable fact and who ever says anything against them is a freaking moron and has no idea what Smash mouth football is. Steelers=#1 and #1 defense....Steelers 4 life.

YOU SAID: 64sham These Steeler fans get all salty when you bring it up, but if it would have happened to them they'd be bitching too. They even said it on ESPN and other shows that there were several bad calls that game,
I SAY: But the Hawks didn't lose because of bad calls. YOU LOST BECAUSE YOU ALLOWED 181 YARDS RUSHING!! No team in ALL 42 Super Bowls has allowed that many, and still won. You allowed 3 sacks. You lost at the line of scrimmage, just like all other Super Bowl losers. Deal!

The thing is, the plays the Seahawks got screwed on were a lot more significant than the Steelers'. Example, the Roethlisberger TD, which was by far the most BS call in any Super Bowl. Then, there was the offensive pass interference called on Darrel Jackson, negating a TD. He was ''pushing'' off of Ike Taylor, even though they had hands on each other but Jackson just cut to the right and it APPEARED that Jackson was pushing. Without those scores and minus a FG from that drive, it would be 14-14.

That's why the NFL review should allow teams to review "ANYTHING". When coaches throw that red flag they should be able to contest penalties also. I agree with you, but I was just talking about that one game.

Um, we've been royally screwed in 2 playoff games. We still won the Indy game in 2005 when the refs tried to hand them to game. We weren't able to win the Jags game last year, however. If your memory is short, I can provide you links to the apology letters the NFL issued to us...
We've more than paid for a few questionable calls. I don't know where people get off saying that the refs are always in Pittsburgh's favor. That's clearly not the case. |
