guys try to be extra careful when ur doing the backwards rubberband,
my sister broke her left wrsit bcuz of the excess pressure on it. i suggest u practice on a soft mat or bed until u get used to the movements.

ya but what scares me is going back,then when im going frward i can't like put my legs on the ground then to stand well crouch.

Yo bro keep training...i learned good kip ups after sumthin like 2 months of trainin and after that, its rly easy to get a rubberband but i was really scared when i was doing it first...well hope it helped yo, Keep Breakin .-]

the kip or w.e its called at the start i can sort of do but not all the time . can someone tell me wat muscles i need 2 develop more
