thats precisely what bill is challenging. this has been an ongoing topic for years. the question is why doesnt dodd, and even our precious obama distancing themselves. the answer is simple. they think that you dont care. and obviously they are right. but bill cares, i care, and most of the american public care. but its been accepted! that is the problem. standards have been lowered.
