Lovely indeed! Oh but on my trip I stayed at a hostel near the city center (it was behind an old monastery). Very simple; mostly students lived there. Then took the train to Straznice (lovely small town; one of the many in Moravia). Then we drove to and from Vienna... back to Straznice. And yes, beer and more beer ;) Staro Brno!!!!!!!
