I spent six years of my life living with a heroin addict and watching him kill himself and waste his life - this song, this song conjures up in me an array of fierce and emotional feelings that nothing and no-one could ever bring out in me. This song is beautiful, amazing, true, painful, - it clarifies everything that heroin is and does and the ultimate plight of an addict and the consequences it has on their loved ones. It's a classic.

OK, I lied. I didn't read all 1,921 comments, my brain had started to twitch and I had to go drink some black tar heroin. But... really? One ethical broad-minded individual thought that 'heroin was created by white man to enslave the blacks'. juju10683 an expert on the matter reports: it is the most addictive drug available. It is also one of the most harmful. (Thanks for that Freud). 'Too much will stop your heart and your breathing'...( well... DUH!) But the guy who really understand the song of heroin explains 'this song is really cool when you're on weed or shrooms'.

It can only be snorted or injected? mycatwillXureyesout 's intelligent and wise and inspirational feelings on the matter are 'I love this song. I want to marry it.' limeybadtooth said 'i llllllllooooooooooovvvvvvvvvee eeeeeeee drugs!ooooooohhhhhh baby!' She sent that comment a year ago and unfortunately has not logged into YouTube since. God rest her soul.

one guy says 'great song! one of my kareoke classics. for any non-junkies (like me) replace all drug words with 'work' or 'money'.' - wow yeah, change the whole song around and make your own called 'work and money', the whole song is about Heroin you idiot, changing the words around doesn't make it so.
