I've got a ton of respect for him, if you ever get a chance to listen/watch his QA from the Edin Film Festival he talks about his big breaks etc. It really is an amazing journey he has had.

I saw it during the Edin Film festival, didn't like it too much..but maybe I was expecting too much coming off of This is England. It is a sweet little film but in terms of narrative it is all over the place.

I saw Somers Town last night on a special preview in London, and I absolutely loved it. It's a sweet little film that touched my heart.

Loved 'This is England' can't wait for 'Somers Town' young Thomas is great. Also another new Tommo film just been completed called 'Eden Lake' looking forward to that too.

Shane Meadows is a brilliant film maker. Can't wait for this, get the feel it will be more in the way of 24/7 and A Room for Romeo Brass with a slightly lighter mood.

can't wait to see the film at the premier in a few weeks time at the meltdown festival. tomo is great again.
my dad produced this film with shane and i think he did a pretty good job. the sound track is done by Gavin Clark, he's really good, check out his myspace if you get the chance. |
