So Les Paul doesn't get credit for inventing the electric guitar?

hey look sonoe and sayori!
jotrini (May 23, 2008 at 1:41 am)
i agree. another major reason why it should not be referred to as a drum is because it has no skin covering

Additionally Ellie Mannette has never laid claim to any credit for inventing 'pan'...you can contact him and find out for yourself, he's on the faculty of West Virginia University. Better to educate yourself than spread misinformation.

Piano keys are made from ivory... do you call a piano an elephant? Do we call a guitar a tree? The steelpan is more akin to a xylophone or marimba than it is to a true 'drum'. |
