i've always avoided bread making because of the rising process and the fear of it not working :(

I followed your recipe and I must tell you how wonderful this bread came out. It was my first time making brioche even though I make bread all of the time and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Thank you very much.

i'm making my brioche at the moment. IT IS A LONG PROCESS! but i'm glad i'm trying it. I'm actually using the CookWise recipe where it uses crushed ice and 1lb of butter. i'm following her recipe but i'm using your videos for visual instructions :P having no mixer with a paddle/dough attachment is hard on my arm, lol |
