That isn't true at all. Obama actually speaks as though we are intelligent adults who can follow his answer. He doesn't speak in talking points that are easily digestible by the lowest common denominators; He actually respects the voters and answers questions seriously, even if the answer is difficult.

so i guess you didnt know that during palin's first & famous speech her teleprompter went out and she continued as if nothing happened. seriously... & btw you just proved my point. the talent for speaking comes from being able to formulate your thoughts into meaningful words very quickly. you just described obamas speaking talent and mccain's lack of it. the point is that when given time mccain can come up with good, sensible answers, when all obama does well is deliver lofty yet deceitful words

Obama is better at speaking because it's coming from his own thoughts. Proof of this being when he hesitates and stutters sometimes as he puts his "thoughts" together, prove that their is a thought process at work. McCain stumbles and comes across as disengenious because he's not speaking from his heart nor his own thought process, his words are received just as they are given.. insincerely!! Just like Palin, when you ask her to speak without a teleprompter....dead air, no ORIGINAL THOUGHT!
