You have no idea how wrong you are. The Wangan is the most populated route of Japan, and at ALL times of night there is NO room to race. It's just been glorified in movies. Since the mid-nineties it's been a HUGE commercial travel zone. The racers don't race there, they race on the split zone highways surrounding it. The old way of racing on the Wangan has changed, but the adrenaline from the night scene never will.

try osaka. its better food and cheaper to live. at the docks there are plenty of drifters. plus many tuning companies in the city.

importing those cars are expensive though. theres a huge "american import" scene in japan though. they got really into those cars.

some sik cars here. but need some V8s. some S30s with LS2s(from the Corvette). some Camaros or Corvettes. maybe some Chevelles. get some Mopars too. thad be really sik.

I hear ya. Here in the states, I dream of owning a Skyline R34 GTR being fully tuned by HKS but there's no where to unleash it like in Japan. Cops over here are dumb and have helicopters. Japan is awesome! I'm gunna plan a trip ot there someday
