etexas45, Sorry they did not execute him. The governor commuted his death sentence to life in prison. Unless he was killed by someone in prison he is still alive. I get my infor from death advocates paper and according to their news Kenneth Foster is very much alive.

haysb1488, We are all getting older. To answer your question Yes........I do fight for whites. I am in contact with some on death row right now. I do not believe in the death penalty in the first place so I fight to put a monteorumn on all states who use it. Another piece of info. I am white also. Race does not play a role in what I believe in. You can be white, black, mexican, asian etc and I will still fight for you. I hope this answers your questions.
