Best of all time. ROLFMAO. No arms and legs - 1974 Arnold would have destroyed this fake.
Freeze at 0:40, where are his arms and legs?

people can say what they want. This is year Lee Haney was the best of all time. No abdominal bloat. He came in shape. Arnold, Dexter, Flex have nothing on this guys lines.

I'm sure you can hold a rear lat spread--all day if you have to. Why would you want to show everybody a "flapjack" back? If you need a refresher course on Dillet, refer to his video "The 96 Pro Ironman" I can guarantee you, that he holds the rear pose, for more than a slit second, like you claim that he does.

to be able to have a rear lat spread you need to be able to hold one..dillet can't hold the pose so he does not even have a rear lat spread... .I CAN...hell.. he can't even do a rear double bicep pose..and if I remember right dillet won one pro show in his whole career...hes right up there with ferrigno in terms of size and contest placings...

Converse with any plankton lately? I know what you said. These were your words: "I'm not even a pro and I have a better rear lat spread than Dillet." Remember? You can't change what you said. Keep taking the perscription pills. Dillet may not have the most ripped back in the face of the earth, but clearly as a whole, he would of annihilated Mr. Haney!

well considering that paul dillet cant even hold a lat spread will we never know what it looks like for him..that is what i said..is his back bigger than mine?? yes but if you cant even hold the pose for even a split second what good is it?? plus pauls back was about as cut as nasser's which in'st saying much..

Oh God, that's funny!

Yes, standing at 350 lbs, pound for pound better than Paul Dillet and Dorian Yates. Bodybuilding's unsung hero. They're problably bodyguards for Bin Laden and the Al Queda network. Greg Valentino would be proud of these boys!

0:19 - 0:32 the smile and the wink nod to the crowd. "I know I'm not the best but Joe has told me it's in the bag". |
