I have Nvidia 6600 GT. it has 256 mb ram and its amazing . download game farcry and my vide card is runing everything at ultra high so its super good video card

probably means 256MB onboard and borrows 256 from your RAM.

I've seen a 6600GT with 512MB on ebay...seems unbelievable, is this true? I know there was a 256MB version back then but not a 512MB...sounds weird.

I got 2 of simular 6600GT cards - same specs.. Sli'd Albatron PC6600GTV DDR3 128mbs... Runs very well... Get average 140fps in css on max settings 1680 x 1050 easy, can run crysis and cod 4 no problems. Cheap and effective card. PS sli does work, i used 1 card in css amd got an average of about 85fps, with two i get an average of about 140fps

on a 6200 GS ?? :o and does he have 128 MB DDR3 too? can you give some info about his core please? :D I have a 6600 GT too, but the core will not be good enough (single core, 2.0 Ghz)it's the only bad thing of my pc ;-), although it's important enough :D grtz
