It's true that some rightwingers are stiff, humorless and terminally unhip. But there are MANY on the "right" (Libertarians, Constitutionalists, etc) that are every bit as intelligent as any liberal and appreciate Miller's highbrow humor. I'm sure that Benjamin Franklin Thomas Jefferson and would find him much funnier than Al Frankin.
I know "conservatives" who are punk rockers, hippies, anarchists, jazz musicians, creative geniuses. The common thread is a belief in FREEDOM and free will.
