That seems likely. Though another possible reasson is that the voice cast is now under contract by 4kids and uncut anime isen't what 4kids tends to dub.

first set was dubbed. the second set was sub only, due to lack of money to hire english va's due to low sales of first volume. too bad as its one of the few animes with a decent english cast.

I'd second what the other guy just said. The box sets are suprisingly cheap (like, $25 each). IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT.

Man I love this Opening!!!!.....Though if you want to watch the Opening in High Quality you might want to add fmt=18 to the video address, It really makes a difference when you watch with that.

It has recent been re-released on DVD in two box sets, presumibkly with all the episodes dubbed, but I'm unsure.

You COULD just get the DVDs. Or rent from Netflix. If you must, there's always BitTorrent. I shouldn't have to teach you how to use uTorrent and isoHunt.
