Zimbabwe prime minister-designate Morgan Tsvangirai was quoted on Wednesday as saying some senior members of President Robert Mugabe's ZANU-PF party could face trial over political violence, but not the veteran leader himself.

My Grandfather lives there and emailed me to tell me about how extreme the deterioration of the country is. Inflation in the video was estimated to be at over 5 to 10 thousand percent by june 2008, it is now august and inflation is at 46-million percent! Prices are so high that a new laptop cost 1.2-Quadrillion(thats 1 With 15 zeros after it) Zimbabwean dollars which equates to 25,000 USA dollars. AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE!!!!!!

Well they got what they wanted. Same in South Africia. After the smoke clears and the governments crash and the populations nose-dive the civilized world will move back in again. This time one would hope they would do a better job of controling the situation so this dosen't happen again |
