You've got to be absolutely committed to the democratic process to put up with bullsh*t like this. I applaud every person who had the passion to stay in that line. I wonder how many others simply walked away, discouraged. It's time to regain democracy - have elections on Saturdays and make voting by mail more available. THe new Congress needs to review the Elections Act passed a couple of years ago and make changes as needed. Man this pi*ses me off.

It is unacceptable for voters to stand in a half-mile long line to vote. Note to our new Democratic leaders: ELECTION REFORM needs to be a top priority. Equal access for all voters, all votes counted, verifiable paper trail.
