Actually, Shiro is known for being one of the best Sagat users playing CvS2. He didn't do it on purpose, he probably let go of HP too late, and it counted as a LvL3 instead of 1 (when he must've pressed LP later than HP's release). Besides, as if Cammy wasn't cheap enough, K-R2Cammy+MassiveSuperDamage=Cheese. The way he taunted cammy before dying so she'd have full bar before he died (and no bar in the final round vs rolento) is simply Genius.
