Cadillac isn't the standard of the world like it used to be in the old days. Cadillac needs to realize that Luxury isn't just about bling. It isn't just about adding a cool chrome side vent. It's about an image, perception, paying attention to the smallest details, and offering the complete premium experience. It took Lexus 10 years to go from nothing to market leadership. No image. No product. No dealerships. No nothing. Cadillac needs to go forward.

Got a 2006 DTS Perfomance, My kid says only poor rappers drive them. Guess thats what I am. Car is awesome. Black on Black. Caddy is back. Standard of the world means something again.

You are right, and the fame and the legendary icons of cadillacs in people's hearts around the world are like no other. As soon as the new sixteens come out, lexus,BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Bentley, Even rolls royce will surrender at Cadillac's feet. If they haven't already.

not only it can compete with lexus, it can compete with BMWs,Mercedes, or even bentleys. This car has a reputation and a soul that all 4 others lack. Just like Youngbloodz sang "no bentleys cadillac PIMPIN'"

Lincoln doesn't even compare to ride, handling, and creativity of Cadillac. I don't like the guys voice in the video.

Excellent car. It could probably compete with the 2008 Lexus GS460. Actually, even though the GS460 might be a little higher in luxury, the DTS has somewhat better performance, safety, looks, and comfort (seats). Cadillac and Lexus are competing, and they're both doing well, but the Cadillac DTS is definitely a great leader. It reminds me of an older 1990's Cadillac. Who cares? It still looks awesome. Too bad they get about 16 miles per gallon, considering the average car gets 20. But great car.
