Does that hinder navigation? Will I be limited as to what areas I can go for navigation? What areas are updated and working that you know of?

Guys 2 ways to look at this either its worth 5 bucks and a gamble or 300 - if you want a cd changer.
Put it in and bring it to cadillac saying after you replaced your battery your navigation is no longer working and you have no idea what happend. They more than likely will replace it (Make sure to install everything)
If this doesnt work you have a cd changer
