All of these items alone cost over $9000 to purchase and install brand new. The install itself is stealth..you wouldn't know this equipment was in the truck unless I pointed it out to you (or you're driving down the street with the TV's on!)
These are the known issues:
The truck needs two front tires. They are worn from under inflation.
The truck needs front pads and rotors. The rotors are warped and the typical pulsation when breaking is there.
The rear camera some times does not give a clear signal, as if there was a loose wire. I plan on looking into this to see if I can resolve it before the sale.
The system currently has 2 Alpine 10" subwoofers in a custom tuned box, as well as 2 quality high powered amplifiers. The sound is very CLEAN. No distortion.
I plan on keeping the amps and the subs with me. However, if you would like them to stay with the truck, add $700 to the price.
I also have a pair of third row seats for this truck. The truck does not come from the factory with a third row option, BUT the Denali does and it is the exact same truck. I have all hardware needed to mount the seats. I have only seen one other 2000 Escalade with this modification. It's really easy, but the seats are hard to find and expensive. Also, I had the subwoofer enclosure designed to fit behind the seats if they were ever installed. If you want the extra seats, add $400 to the price.
The truck currently has 146,000 miles on it...almost all highway as I work in Beachwood, but live in Lorain. A carfax report is available.
I am taking into consideration the audio/video gear (of course I can't get full value for it, but it does count for something) as far as the price is concerned. I'm also taking into consideration that the truck needs rotors, pads and new front tires. Check Craigslist or Ebay or anywhere for that matter. This truck is priced to sell. I just bought a car and I don't have room for both. It's been dependable for me for 6 years, but now it's time to part ways. You won't find another SUV at this price with all these extras.
I'm asking $7500 for the truck alone, minus the subs and two amps. The seats and mounting hardware were not an option with the truck and are being sold separately. $400 for the seats, $700 for the two amps and subwoofers/enclosure. This price reflects the Blue Book value of around $6800, minus the cost of the rotors and pads, plus the extras listed above. Do the research, it's a great deal.
