I don't think I'll get any takers here, but figured I would try. I LOVE this truck, but I want something that has a little more room, and NEED something that won't drive me crazy from worrying about the paint getting chipped on road trips. I am VERY anal about keeping the truck looking good, and I just want to drive something else until I can afford to have an L that will only come out on nice days. Here's the details:
New Ford 5.4 block bored .030 over
Manley H-beam rods
Diamond Pistons w/ 7cc dish and offset wrist pins
Seal Pro pistons, rings and bearings
ARP head studs
Ported/polished stock 5.4 heads
Stage 3 Comp Cams w/ Crower valve springs and titanium retainers
FTVB
Mac deep sump trans pan
4x4 trans filter
Ported/polished lower intake manifold
C&L trueflow upper intake port matched
Accufab Throttle body
C&L trueflow inlet pipe
Mac cold air
JBA headers
Bassani catted (new bullet-style) mids (brand new)
Bassani catback (brand new)
Walbro twin 255 pumps
Siemens 60# injectors
Black magic electric radiator fans
2 black magic fans on intercooler
Afco intercooler
Brand new larger radiator
Competition Engineering adjustable sway bar end links
2/3 lowering kit
Toxic drop shocks in front
20'' American Racing wheels
Brand new Toyo Proxy's (awesome tires)
Snuglid tonneau cover
Hurst line lock with switches mounted in dash behind steering wheel
PowerSlot rotors
Autometer Phantom series gauges: Electric Fuel Pressure, Boost, Water temp (used for intercooler water) all mounted in A-pillar pod
Metco 100mm idlers
2# upper pulley
6# lower pulley
Tuned by Patrick at PSI in Houston (very well-known in L-community): 463rwhp/ 551 rwtq with a safe street tune. This thing is just a KB and lower pulley swap away from being a 600 rwhp, dependable street monster!
Minor flaws: Small dent in the rear bumper (I have brand new bumper and black step pads from Ford to go with it)
Let me know if anyone is interested.

That is one bad ass truck, if it gets better than 18.6 in city and 24.2 on highway, ill buy it, or trade you my 4.6 DeVille, tons of room, got tons of mods, and everything works with low miles, a 98 DeVille to be exact.

looks similar to my L.
Do what I did, keep the L to drive when you want and get a non v cts. That way you have something fast and something with more room and a lot nicer ride and handling.
only thing was the L was paid off so I bought the caddy.

I'd like to be able to do that, but I just can't afford to right now. I have full intentions to buy another one or even try to buy this one back in a couple of years.
