I have a '96 Cadillac Seville SLS. It does have a blown head gasket and a CV shaft that is going out. It has 185k miles on it, head gasket will allow one to go ~15-20 miles before over heating, I have driven it for a few months around town without any real issues at all. I finally stopped driving it when the CV shaft is about to go out last week. So that is the bad part, the good is it has lots of money in new parts for it both in the car and in boxes for the car. The tires are decent, backs are great, fronts are getting worn, tires were put on last? year, and I should have the road hazard warranty info on them too. The transmission is fine, the only problem with it is the fact it has been throwing a low voltage input speed sensor error code for the last 100k miles but has never given a single problem because of it. The AC blows cold, heater works great, interior shows wear, but it is a 16yr old car with 185k miles on it. The rear auto leveling air ride is not functional, I put new rear air shocks in, then the compressor went out. I have a brand new compressor in the box for it, just never installed it.

This would be a fantastic parts car if you have a similar Cadillac.

Parts new in the box for the car:
New Cardone CV shaft for the left side (the one that is bad)
      New Moog lower ball joint
      New Timken wheel hub
New Arnott Industries rear air ride air compressor

Parts that I have put in the car in the last few years that are still good:
      Radiator (2 years ago)
Water pump (3 years ago), I'll throw in the water pump replacement tool too
Coolant crossover gaskets (this past year)
      Heater core (this past year)
Coolant overflow tank (2 months ago)
Arnott Industries passive front struts (last 2 years)
Arnott Industries passive rear air shocks (last year)
Monroe strut mounts (new with new front struts)
Tires are decent, could stand to be rotated
      New starter (2 years ago)
      New battery (2 years ago)

      PRICE IS OBO.
