Now available for your consideration is a original Autumn Maple Fire mist 1990 Cadillac Brougham D'Elegance. This car currently has about 53,500 miles on the Olds 5.0 liter 307 V8 engine. I purchased the car in May of 2008 and have enjoyed every mile of the roughly 18,800 miles I have driven it. The only reason that it is for sale is I have purchased another Cadillac, and with 2 others, I just no longer have a need for this car.

I would rate the car a strong 8.5 out of 10 for condition. The interior is virtually flawless. The only issue I know of is a 7" to 9" crack on the side of the drivers seat, which was present on the car when I purchased it. Currently the A/C and Cruise are not functioning. When I had the car in to refill the A/C it was discovered that the fill nozzle had a hissing sound, indicating the leak! I just have never rescheduled to have it repaired. I have not been able to take the time to look at the cruise. It was working last fall when I parked the car for winter. When I started to drive it this spring, the power switch did not work. It could be the switch or possibly the relay. Otherwise, all the power windows operate, power mirrors and power locks all work. Both power seats and recliners operate normally. AM/FM radio and tape work, however as is common the power antenna does not operate.

The exterior on the car is in very nice condition. There are the few nicks and dings associated with a 20 year old car. There are a couple scratches on the driver front fender that were present on the car when I purchased it. I know this spring a door bumped the right side passengers door, leaving a mark. There is no rust on the car, other than some surface rust underneath. It you continue to my web site, there are photos taken on October 11th showing the underside of the car. The Autumn Maple Fire mist, which in my opinion is one the best colors offered on these cars, still shines extremely well, and does not show the dirt.

The engine and transmission operate normally, as does all the other components on the car, aside from the two mentioned above. I did unplug the A/C compressor since the refrigerant was low, so it would not over cycle causing the compressor to be ruined. I believe that the tires have about 10,000 miles of driving on them currently. The car is scheduled for its 3,000 miles oil change on Thursday. I drove the car for a visit home this past July and never had an issue on the almost 2,000 mile round trip. Riding in this car, with the button tufted D'Elegance seats and the smooth Cadillac ride, is better than relaxing on most people living room sofas.

I am asking $4,400 for the car, but am certainly open to offers. The car is available to inspect and take for a drive at anytime.
