I know this is my first post; however, I have been trying to register for months and couldn't (operator error on my end).
I bought this 1973 Cadillac from my neighbor a few months back when he moved and bought a house. Before selling it to me he purchased the 22" wheels, the 3 12" subwoofers, the 6x9s, and the two 1000watt amps. The engine was fully rebuilt under his ownership as well along with rebuiding the carburator.
When I bought it I replace the power steering system (pulleys, belts, hoses...), the gear box, and the battery. It's a great car but I just bought another motorcycle and have to sell the car to pay off the loan for the bike (I don't like owing money).
I live in Monterey Bay, but I would consider driving the car anywhere (assuming gas is covered).
The bad: needs hose replaced at the gas cap end; the fitting for the gas cap is a bit mangled so I never fill it over 1/2 a tank in worry that gas might leak out of the unsealed tube. Also, the heater was removed once the core went bad (previous owner) and I was quoted about $5-800 to fix. Rust: There is surface rust in different panels on the car as well asa some in the bank window. As you can see, the vinyl was removed at some point and the car painted. I don't know the prep work that went into the paint once the vinyl was removed though.
Clean title (at home thus 000s in the VIN)
