1969 Sedan Deville 'post sedan' (meaning it's not the hard top.)
Odo. reads 82,000 miles (I'm sure it's 182k).
The 472 runs well, but floods on occasion, probably needs a carb rebuild.
New alternator, starter, plugs, wires, & distributor cap & rotor.
Has a couple electrical gremlins, the driver's window works intermitently, and the 'Gen' light stays on.
The gas tank was just removed and re-sealed inside and out.
Extremely nice interior, headliner is mint, as is all seat upholstery except for the driver's bottom portion. The dash is straight, not faded and is crack-free. Carpet is slightly discolored in areas, but i think it could be cleaned. The steering wheel trim is chipping and needs to be reconditioned or replaced.
Front fenders are rusted at the bottom by the doors (a typlical problem with these cars) But that's the only rust on this car. The rear pasenger side quarter panel was backed into before I purchased the car, but a good body shop can definately repair it. Should be painted all around. Black vynil top is in near perfect condition, barely faded after 37 years, but no cracks or scratches. Chrome bumpers shine, no pitting, a couple small dents, one rear bumper end cap is damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired and rechromed.
Everything is original and complete. Would make an easy restoration with the proper time and care.
